A varied 4.5 mile walk from the church in Woodmancott, through College Wood and across the fields to the hamlet of Popham.  The route then turns east past Popham Court farm before entering Popham Down Copse.  Part of the route here can be very muddy due to logging trucks.

The route then passes through more woodland before rounding onto a long shallow ridge that can be windy.  A northerly turn at the farm buildings then takes you back towards the church.

Not much in the way of facilities here.  There is a pub on the A30 before the turn off to Popham.
